Privacy Policy

Scope

AISLPC Growth Platform is a private, operator-only analytics application. It is not offered to customers or the public, does not provide Facebook Login, and does not create public user accounts.

Data we process

We process only data needed for internal ecommerce, advertising and content measurement.

• Authorized Meta business asset data, including account and object identifiers, campaign structure, delivery metrics, spend, clicks, impressions and reported conversions.
• Public Instagram or Facebook content metadata made available by Meta, such as a public URL, display name, username, publication time, likes and comments. A metric is left unavailable when the platform does not provide it.
• Authorized Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console business data used in the same internal reporting system.
• Operational records such as synchronization time, status, error category and audit history. Secrets, browser cookies and platform passwords are not collected by this application.

How we use data

Data is used to reconcile sales and advertising results, monitor data quality, evaluate public creator content, and support internal business decisions. We do not sell personal data, use it for third-party advertising, or make it available to unrelated parties.

Storage and service providers

Data is processed using Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2. GitHub Actions may execute scheduled public-metric collection jobs and retain limited job logs. Platform APIs remain subject to their respective terms and controls.

Retention and deletion

We retain data only while it is needed for the internal analytics purpose, legal obligations, security and audit requirements. When an integration is removed or a valid deletion request is confirmed, relevant stored records are deleted or de-identified within 30 days, subject to provider backup lifecycles.

Security

Access to the analytics dashboard is restricted. Tokens are stored as platform secrets and are not displayed in the dashboard, source code or public pages. The application uses least-privilege, read-only access wherever supported.

Your choices

You may revoke the application's access in the applicable Meta Business or account settings. Revocation stops future API collection but does not automatically remove records already stored. Use the data deletion process to request removal.
